Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add nuts and orange rind. Combine egg, milk and butter, add to flour mixture.
    Fold in cranberries.
    Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
