Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. salt
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. whole tomato
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Mozzarella slices
1/2 lb. drained cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef with salt in deep kettle.
Add garlic and pepper.
Simmer slowly for 10 minutes, uncovered.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce mix.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
