Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg to your taste
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cream sugar, powdered sugar and oleo well.
Add vanilla, nutmeg and eggs.
Cream these with the previous ingredients.
Add flour, soda and cream of tartar.
Alternate with flour mixture 1 cup of salad oil and mix all ingredients together.
Chill well. Make into balls rolled in sugar and flatten the balls dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Makes 7 to 8 dozen cookies.
