Ingredients

3 c. plus 6 Tbsp. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. chocolate morsels
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Divide dough into quarters. On waxed paper, shape each quarter into a 9-inch roll. Roll in the waxed paper. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 8 weeks.
