Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can minced clams
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    water to just cover vegetables
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. oleo
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in water until tender, about 20 minutes.
    Add oleo.
    Mix flour, milk and sugar.
    Add to vegetables.
    Add clams last; simmer 5 minutes, just until thickened.
