Ingredients

1/4 lb. dried beef, shredded
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
chow mein noodles or toast
Preparation

Cook shredded beef in oleo until edges curl.
Remove beef. Blend flour into oleo; gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add beef and mix well.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Spoon over crisp chow mein noodles or hot toast.
