Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. dry yeast
3 c. Better for Bread flour
1 c. wheat bran
2 Tbsp. dry milk
2 Tbsp. gluten
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 3/4 c. warm tap water
Preparation

Put in bread maker in order listed.
Push button for white bread or mix in a large bowl; knead until elastic.
Let rise. Punch down and knead 3 minutes.
Let rise; form into 2 loaves. Put in bread pans.
Let rise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
