Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
3 c. flour, sifted
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter; mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add sifted flour and baking soda.
Mix good.
Put in Frigidaire for 2 hours or overnight.
On well floured board, roll out a small amount at a time to 1/4-inch thick.
Cut out cookies with whatever cutter you want.
I used cookie Easter cutters and also a round cutter.
