Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
2 small boxes frozen mixed vegetables
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook 2 small packages of frozen mixed vegetables according to directions on packages.
Don't overcook.
Drain and mix with above. Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Crush Ritz crackers and spread on top.
Melt stick of margarine and pour on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
