Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. vegetable oil
1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Bring vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard, salt and pepper to a boil.
Remove from heat and add oil.
Pour over cabbage, onion and green pepper.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Will keep for several days.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
