Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. oil
3 medium zucchini, grated and well drained (about 2 c.)
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Can use more raisins and nuts.
