Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 small can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    2/3 c. raisins (optional)
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each: ground cinnamon, ground cloves and ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Stir in raisins, if using. Sift together dry ingredients.
    Mix with pumpkin mixture until moistened.
    Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam.
    Divide mixture into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick comes clean when inserted in middle.
    Makes 2 loaves.
