San Francisco Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Split each chicken breast and pepper well.
    Blend bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and salt with fork.
    Melt butter and press garlic into it.
    Simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Dip each piece of chicken into it (butter mix), then into bread crumb mixture. Roll up each piece tightly and fasten with toothpick or small skewer.
    Place in buttered baking dish; sprinkle lemon juice, the remaining butter mixture and a dash of paprika.
