Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    7 c. flour
    1 c. warm milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir sugar, salt and shortening into scalded milk until dissolved.
    Cool
    to
    lukewarm.
    Add to cool mixture.
    Add 1/2 of the
    flour.
    Beat
    until
    smooth.
    Gradually
    add remaining flour. Mix well
    to
    make soft dough.
    Let rise in warm place (85\u00b0) until
    doubled in bulk.
    Divide into two equal portions. Place in greased
    bread
    pans.
    Brush loaves with shortening. Cover, let rise
    until
    double.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) about one hour.
