Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nuts
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla together (cream well).
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir only until dry ingredients are moist.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
