Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broiler mushrooms
    1 block butter
    1/8 tsp. aji
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1/3 bunch Japanese spinach
    4 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms by brushing with crumpled paper towel or napkin.
    Remove stems, dice and saute in butter.
    Add seasonings, bread crumbs and spinach which has been chopped fine.
    Add Cheddar cheese and cook until cheese is about to melt.
    Take off stove, fill mushroom caps with filling and broil in oven for 6 to 8 minutes on second rack from top until fully bubbles.
