Pocket Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. flour
    butter (as needed)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and water in bowl; cool to lukewarm.
    Sprinkle 1 package yeast over mixture and allow to dissolve.
    Add 1 cup flour; mix and add remaining flour.
    Turn dough on floured surface and knead thoroughly.
    Divide into 10 small pieces.
    Roll into a ball.
    With roller, roll each ball into a 5-inch circle and place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes until puff is golden brown.
    Remove and rub with butter.
