Philadelphia Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) macaroni shells
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 jar pimentos, chopped
    salt and pepper
    4 sliced carrots
    4 sliced green onions and tops
    3 celery stalks
    red wine vinegar and oil dressing
    1/2 c. chives
Preparation
    Cook macaroni for 20 minutes.
    Drain and rinse in cold water. Add all ingredients together and allow to marinate in dressing for 2 hours in refrigerator.
    Drain off dressing before serving.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
