Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
4 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. clove
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine sugars, pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
Stir in nuts and water.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inches).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
