Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water. Add sugar. Scald milk; add shortening. Cool to lukewarm.
    Add to yeast; add flour. Turn onto floured board; knead until elastic.
    Place in greased bowl; turn over. Rise until double; punch down.
    Make into rolls. Place in greased pan. Lightly oil top; let rise. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until brown.
