Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until thick and foamy.
    With spoon, stir in zucchini and pineapple. Combine flour (unsifted), baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts.
    Divide into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    You can add dates.
    This bread is not dry.
