Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients.
Combine sugar and oil; add eggs and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Dip the balls in sugar.
Flatten balls with the bottom of a glass. To give a corrugated look, score them with a fork.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
