Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated, not peeled, zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans (pans should be greased and floured).
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let bread set for several minutes before removing from the pan.
