Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
    5 large apples, cored, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix juice with cornstarch; heat to thicken.
    Add butter and spices; mix lightly with apples.
    Fill pastry lined pan.
    Cover with top crust (vented or slit).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 8.
