Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    2/3 c. ripe olives, cut in large pieces
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    dash of lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in slices.
    Boil in salted water until soft. Drain well and mash.
    Add cheese, olives, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Put in a baking dish and top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Test like custard.
