Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. carrots and raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil together.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes in 2 loaf pans.
