Rolled Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef (chuck or round)
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large jar medium-hot salsa or taco sauce (Old El Paso)
    3 to 4 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
    10 to 12 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cook ground beef lightly.
    Drain.
    Add onion, bell pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and 1/2 cup taco sauce.
    Cook 10 minutes.
