Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    2 ripe bananas (1 1/4 c. mashed)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Mix in bananas, nuts and dry ingredients sifted together.
    Bake in a greased and floured pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
