Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 16 oz. cans pineapple, drained
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 c. crushed Ritz
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve liquid. Mix 6 tablespoons of juice, flour, and sugar together. Cook over low heat until sugar melts. Mix pineapple, cheese, and sugar mixture together. Pour into a greased uncovered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed Ritz over top. Drizzle 1 stick melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
