Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black walnut flavoring
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    2 large or 3 small bananas
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs and flavoring.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients, sour cream and bananas.
    Mix well.
    Stir in pecans.
    Bake in a 10-inch tube pan at 375\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
