Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large avocado, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
    Combine avocado, onion and tomato.
    Add dressing and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
    Spoon salad onto a bed of lettuce using a slotted spoon.
    Serves 6 to 8.
