Salt Rising Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. white cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Place the ingredients in saucepan and mix together. Place lid on saucepan and place in oven with light on overnight. Don't take out of oven until a white foam forms on top of mixture. Remove pan from oven. Remove potatoes and add enough flour to make batter just thick enough to drop off spoon. Put lid back on pan and place back in oven to rise an hour or longer, until it rises to top of pan.
