Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled until tender, cooled and cut in small pieces
1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice, cooked per directions on box
1 medium chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can chopped mushrooms
Preparation

Cook onion in butter until tender. Add flour, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Bring to a boil; turn off. Take a casserole dish and put 1 layer chicken, then a layer of rice. Pour some of the sauce over them. Repeat this again.
On top of this put 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
