Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill dough for 1/2 hour.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
Roll in sugar.
Place balls on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Do not flatten.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
