Chicken Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 chicken quarters
    6 to 12 potatoes
    1 to 2 bags carrots
    1 large onion
    shake of salt
    shake of pepper
    shake of poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook between 350\u00b0 and 375\u00b0 until chicken is done.
    Cut potatoes in half or quarters.
    Cut carrots in half.
    Dice or cut onions as rings.
    Pour in water until it almost covers chicken.
    Put in spices.
    Cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
