Sour Cream Santa Cookies(These Are Fun To Do With The Kids.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream Crisco; gradually add sugar and cream until light.
    Add eggs and sour cream and set aside.
    Sift flour, baking soda and salt; add vanilla to first mixture and blend all together and chill 2 hours.
    Roll out dough and cut with floured cookie cutters.
    Use Wondra flour to roll out dough so you don't pick up excess flour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, 10 to 12 minutes if rolled out thick.
