Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
1 c. broken walnuts
Preparation

In bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, place oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and apples.
Stir into flour mixture.
Add walnuts and mix.
Divide mixture between 2 greased 8 x 4-inch bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until breads test done.
Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pans.
Yield:
2 loaves.
