Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 2 broiler-fryers
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except chicken.
    Place chicken in single layer skin side up in large shallow baking pan.
    Pour preserves mixture on chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done, basting occasionally with the pan drippings.
    Serve hot with plain rice and the sweet and sour sauce.
