Best Banana Bread - cooking recipe

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well (wooden spoon). Mash the bananas and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes until top is golden brown.
