Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Add and beat in order the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Add and sift together the cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Add flour mixture and zucchini to egg mixture.
    Fold in 2 cups pecan pieces.
    Bake until cake pulls away from pan sides, 45 to 50 minutes.
