Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. half and half (can use milk)
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, put oil.
    Add hash brown potatoes to dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients; heat until cheese is melted. Pour over frozen hash browns.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
