Grater Tater - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 stick melted butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spread melted butter and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until lightly brown on top.
