Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and yolks.
    Sift and add flour with bananas, milk and add vanilla and nuts.
    Fold in stiff egg whites. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 300\u00b0.
