Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. onion wedges
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Oil skillet with cooking oil.
    Heat 1 minute.
    Stir-fry chicken in 2 batches until browned; remove from skillet.
    Oil skillet; stir-fry vegetables until tender, but crisp.
    Add soup, water, soy sauce and ginger; heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet; heat through.
