Banana Oat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.
Mix flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas and milk.
Stir in oats and raisins. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tests done.
Cool 10 minutes; turn out of pan, then cool completely.
