Hot Dagos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
    8 oz. mushrooms (canned)
    2 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. dry red wine (Burgundy)
Preparation
    Mix in large kettle.
