Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together in the order given.
    May use electric mixer or spoon.
    Chill 1 hour, or until firm.
    Roll small amount of dough out at a time on floured board to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Keep remaining dough in the refrigerator until ready to use.
    Put on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
