Creamy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind
1 regular size container whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
dash of ginger seasoning
8 c. fresh fruit (as desired; 2 c. each: 4 different varieties)
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, juice and peel.
Mix until well blended. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold into cream cheese mixture; chill.
Layer fruit in 2 1/2-quart serving bowl.
Top with cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
Chill.
Makes 8 servings.
