Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar and beat until light and lemon colored; beat in oil and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini, then add flour mixture, nuts and raisins.
    Stir only until flour is moistened. Bake in 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
