Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Bring to
    a
    boil
    corn meal, water and salt.
    Take off stove; add
    eggs
    well beaten.
    Add milk, melted margarine and mix well. Pour into greased baking dish.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until brown on top.
